Over the years, that belief has taken us around the world. We've had the privilege of documenting celebrations in more than 14 countries, from intimate weddings with a handful of guests to grand multi-day celebrations with over 2,000 people. But the size of a wedding has never defined its importance. For us, every wedding is deeply personal. Because every family has a story worth preserving.

Aug 2014 (Ida & Anurag)

In 2014, we got married.
Like every couple, we were standing at the beginning of a new chapter, surrounded by our loved ones, experiencing a whirlwind of emotions that words could never fully describe.
In the same year (June 2014), we started Hitched & Clicked with a simple belief. That weddings are not just events to be photographed. They are stories to be felt.

First Wedding

We got our first wedding in August 2014, after just few weeks into wedding photography scene officially.

This very first assignment got us the name & recognition and we found ourselves in most of the online portals and major publications in the next few days.

Before We Had Awards, We Had These Photos

Long before the awards, recognitions, destination weddings and international assignments, there were these few photographs.

Captured during our earliest assignments, they resonated with people in ways we never expected. They were shared across the internet, featured by wedding communities, and became the reason many couples first discovered Hitched & Clicked.

They didn’t just bring us visibility—they gave us confidence that there was a place for heartfelt, documentary-style storytelling in Indian weddings.

New Destinations, Familiar Emotions

Late 2015 marked our first Indian destination wedding in the royal city of Jaipur.

Soon after, we travelled overseas for the very first time to photograph two weddings back-to-back in Thailand. Those assignments marked the beginning of a journey that would eventually take us across 15 countries, documenting more than 500 celebrations around the globe so far.

Recognition & Responsibility

Awards were never part of the plan.

Our only goal had always been to tell honest stories with sincerity. Yet, as our photographs reached more people, they also found appreciation within the wedding industry.

From being the first to get recognised by WeddingSutra as their 'WeddingSutra Favourites' to receiving the Great Indian Wedding Awards for the two consecutive years in 2017 & 2018, these moments reminded us that passion and perseverance have a way of finding their own audience.

More importantly, they reminded us that every new couple who chose us did so because they believed in our work. That belief became our greatest responsibility—and one we continue to honour with every wedding we photograph.

Building a Life While Building a Brand

(Firsts are Always Special)

As Hitched & Clicked grew, so did our dreams.

What began with a camera and a shared passion slowly became a business built on trust, relationships, and countless celebrations. Along the way came milestones that felt just as exciting as the weddings themselves.

Our first rented studio became the place where ideas turned into reality. Soon after came our first car, making endless road trips, airport runs, and destination weddings possible.

Every milestone reminded us that we weren’t just growing a business—we were building the foundation for everything that would come next.

Our brand was growing, so was our family.

Some of our happiest milestones happened away from the camera.

In 2019, while we were building our first home—a space that reflected the life we were building together and the little things we had always loved: light-filled rooms, thoughtful details, flowers, and the feeling of home. That same year, we welcomed our daughter Sairaah, who quickly became the youngest member of the Hitched & Clicked Family. Before the world paused during the pandemic, she travelled with us to weddings, airports, and new destinations, filling every journey with even more meaning.

Looking back, we realise our greatest achievement was never just building a brand. It was building a life we genuinely love.
